Nationals 2026- Club Team Tryout Dates (Monday, Dec.08 to Wednesday, Dec.10)
Hello Looper Family:
I am excited to bring my 30 years of coaching experience from my local, regional, provincial, national and international exposure to our region. I am a Performance Certified Coach who coached two Canada Games, multiple Eastern Elite Championships and several NL Games. I coached Loopers high performance teams at numerous Volleyball Canada Nationals across Canada with the first in 1998 when NL played host to this event. I first became a member of the Loopers family as a student-athlete in 1988. I am passionate to give back to the club and region that helped shape the foundation for my volleyball career. I look forward to partnering with Craig Loder to help foster this transformation and expansion of the Loopers Volleyball Club. Go Loopers!
Hello Loopers:
I look forward to bringing my successful coaching experience of SSNL Provincial Championships, NLVA Regional/Provincial Championships, Dalhousie University High School Classic Championship and a Volleyball Canada National Championship to our Loopers Volleyball Club. My roots with Loopers Volleyball dates back to 2010 and has grown in large part from my coaching experience at Pearson Academy where I poured my heart and soul into a successful Volleyball Program over a 10 year period. I have been impressed with how this region has such a rich history and a unique passion for the game of Volleyball. It is my belief that this love and passion will only grow as we move forward with our Loopers Volleyball programs in the coming years. It’s a pleasure to partner with Deon Goulding on this venture as we embark on a new era of Loopers Volleyball. Go Loopers!

Max used to spend his off-seasons coaching with the NLVA provincial programs and since settling back home has spent the past 2 seasons coaching the GC Boys volleyball team with Deon Goulding. The wealth of volleyball knowledge Max brings to our staff will no doubt filter through to our athletes for many years.
